Shipping & Return
We spare no effort to deliver products purchased from Women Essentials in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
Delivery charges are flat Rs. 300/- for all orders across Pakistan. They will be charged per order. No matter how many products you order. Each Order will be charged delivery charges separately.
When you order on the website, delivery takes 4-5 working days after Confirmation Call.
However, under unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes, war threats, flight delays, stock unavailability, weather conditions etc. The order will be delivered late.
We support the following payment options at Women Essentials:
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery
Following are the shipping methods for your order:
- Your parcel will be delivered via TCS or LEOPARD Courier Services.
- After confirmation, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.
- You will receive your order within 4-5 working days.
- You can use any payment method to pay.
- If you have any issues, you can contact us.
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, get in touch with us within 8-10 working days.
If you return an order delivered to you, the platform handling fee will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on the Women Essentials Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behaviour violates our fair usage policy, the platform handling fee will be non – refundable irrespective of order value.
Return & Exchange:
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it doesn’t meet the quality standards. You can send us a request on our email or customer care number. Place a request before sending the product. If your request is accepted, we’ll send the address details for you to share the parcel.
Please note that items must be unused, not damaged and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). Once the items reach us, we will contact you directly through email and generate a refund basis on the product.
- If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded.
- If a product is delivered wrong, a size issue from the company end or any other issue occurs from our end. The customer will be reimbursed for the delivery charges.
- If the returned product is on sale, the amount will not be refunded. It will be changed to a new one of the same categories or the same price.
- If your return request has been declined, it is due to the item you returned being used, damaged or the original tags missing. If the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Women Essentials assumes no liability in this regard.
- Your returned product is re-shipped to you if the item you have returned is used, or damaged or original tags are missing. The product will also be re-shipped to you if you have sent the product without sending us a return request.
- If you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and Women Essentials assumes no liability concerning the return or refund for the said re-shipped item.
