You can place your order through our website. If you have difficulty placing an order through the website, you can connect with any of our representatives through our WhatsApp: “0302 1100999”.

  • To Shop Online, Visit Our Website and follow the steps below:
  • Click on the item you like
  • Select colour, size and click on the “Add to Cart” button
  • Then click on the “cart” button on the top right corner of the menu
  • If you want to shop for more products then click on “CONTINUE SHOPPING” and add products to the cart as mentioned above
  • If not Click on “Next”
  • Provide your Complete details
  • Select Payment Method and then Check Out

You can apply a coupon on the cart page before order placement. It is valid for only one-time use.

Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Note: This may not apply to certain logistics partners.

You can cancel your orders in “My order” on your account page or you can contact us on our WhatsApp number for canceling your order “0302 1100999”.

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under the ‘change address’ option which is available under the ‘My order’ section of the Website.

You can also contact us within 24 hours of your order placement for changing your shipping address.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery charges are flat Rs. 300/- for all orders across Pakistan.
They will be charged per order. No matter how many products you order.
Each Order will be charged delivery charges separately.

This may have happened, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. The product will be re-shipped to you if you have sent the product without sending us a return request.
If you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and Women Essentials assumes no liability concerning the return or refund for the said re-shipped item. For more details, please call our customer care.

When you place an order on the website, delivery takes 4-5 working days after Confirmation Call.

However, under unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes, war threats, flight delays, stock unavailability, weather conditions, etc. The order will be delivered late.

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it doesn’t meet the quality standards. Place the request for a return by sharing the picture of the defective product and your complaint on our WhatsApp number “0302 1100999”.

Alterations and size guide

A size guide is a document that reflects the measurement for your full circumference it would be the bust, waist, hip, and length measurement. Please check your size before purchasing any product from our website.

With a measuring tape held comfortable and not too tight or too loose. Every product description has a very specific and accurate size chart to help you understand the fit of each piece. We also make notes about our model sizes and height as well as what they are wearing, to help you gauge for yourself.

An easy way to calculate your size is to use our Size Guide, found here. Please note that same-size garments may still vary depending on fit. We follow the standard body measurement lists, based on average body measurements for all sizes.

For some products, we specify measurements in cm/inches on the product page to give you an understanding of the model or fit for that specific garment. Note that these measurements may vary a few centimetres up and down depending on the material used in its production.

We have offered customizations and alterations in the past, and right now our team cannot fulfil the requests:  we were getting too many of them for us to keep up with during this season. We are hoping to bring this feature back soon, keeping the options for modifications limited.
